LUKE THE BOOK DVD PROJECT

Following the success of the Luke the Book initiative National Bible Society of Ireland and Scripture Union have developed an educational DVD for children between the ages of eight and eleven.

The DVD contains 20 animated Bible stories from the Gospel according to St Luke and is accompanied by questions and discussion starters to help young people better understand the Scriptures. To compliment the DVD additional resources will be available on the Luke the Book website.

The DVD follows the highly successful print version of Luke the Book, which was distributed to over 130,000 children throughout Ireland in 2003.
