| Thousands of children are sent, often by their parents, to beg on the streets of Nicaragua. They are not attending school, are lacking good influences and are often at risk. This project aims to reach out to 100,000 of these children with Scripture and has the target of seeing 12,000 children returning to education. | 'Faith Comes by Hearing' material is used by Bible Societies to set up Scripture listening groups in areas where illiteracy or lack of Bible availability are problems. The joy that people experience when they hear God 'speaking' their own language cannot be conveyed! Material is to be provided and distributed in 5 different languages throughout Malawi. | ||

Russian Bible is urgently needed. The current absence of a clear and understandable Bible translation means that few can understand what they read. This is a real obstacle to spreading the Good News in Russia. |
Due to the unstable situation in Iraq, Scriptures are considered a source of hope and encouragement. The Bible Society has been providing Scripture material for decades - even during the previous regime - and has become well known among the Christian population for its faithful ministry | ||
